The AMETEK Foundation, Inc. International STEM Scholarship Program provides scholarship awards of $1,000 to $5,000 USD, to students in the European Union and China who plan to continue their education in a STEM field.
Applicants must be in their final year of upper or higher secondary school and plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study, or be current technical or university level students who plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at one of the following three schools for the entire upcoming academic year: Shanghai University, China; INSA in Lyon, France; or the University of Leicester, UK. Students must be a resident of the European Union (EU) to apply for the scholarships offered in France and in the United Kingdom and be a resident of China to apply for the scholarship offered in China.
Applicants must major in a STEM field of study, defined as: Science (Physics or Chemistry), Technology (Computer Software Engineer, Information Security Specialist, Information Technology, or Database Administrator), Engineering, or Mathematics. Study in any medical field is not eligible.
